A lot of common questions and in short yes it’s safe to exercise during pregnancy but the routine will differ from person to person and even depending on how many children you’ve had. I’m here to help you sift through the information and create a program that’s right for you!

Accountability

With weekly check ins I’ll be there to keep you accountable and support you. If something comes up over the week write down (that baby brain kicks in pretty fast!) and we go over it together.

Flexibility

You have the option of opting for an online program or In person training. Online training gives you that flexibility especially during this tie in your life. The days can be unpredictable and your energy levels will change as the baby grows. Being able to train in your own home at whatever time of day can make it that little easier.

Although your training program will change and adapt throughout pregnancy you don't have to feel like you're not working! Just doing 30mins a day has some amazing benefits and not just physically but your mental health too.

A personalised program for you to continue to train throughout your pregnancy. After our initial consultation, I’ll begin working on a program that’s right for where you are at in your pregnancy. When filling out the pre exercise forms be as honest and open as possible the more information I have the better. I’m here for you and your baby and want to make sure that the program reflects that. With our weekly check ins you’ll also be able to keep me updated on any new ailments or niggles and I can adjust the program accordingly. Please don’t ever feel like you have to push through the pain! And as stated above there are some wonderful benefits of exercising throughout pregnancy!
