A personalised program for you to continue to train throughout your pregnancy. After our initial consultation, I’ll begin working on a program that’s right for where you are at in your pregnancy. When filling out the pre exercise forms be as honest and open as possible the more information I have the better. I’m here for you and your baby and want to make sure that the program reflects that. With our weekly check ins you’ll also be able to keep me updated on any new ailments or niggles and I can adjust the program accordingly. Please don’t ever feel like you have to push through the pain! And as stated above there are some wonderful benefits of exercising throughout pregnancy!
