My goal for you throughout this program is to understand more about how your body changes throughout pregnancy and how to continue to train safely throughout the trimesters. After having two of my own babies I know the benefits of training throughout pregnancy. And it was during my second pregnancy that I decided to extend on my Personal Training and continued my studies into the Pre and Postnatal field. This allowed me to understand even more about what the body is going through and the changes that are happening and also how to best prepare myself for labour. Knowledge is power and the more you have around the changes that are happening to your body and how to best move your body during pregnancy the better.

I approached Lisa to create an online based program to use throughout my pregnancy. Hey there, I'm Lisa

My passion is helping people find freedom in their lives through health and wellness. I’m a certified health and wellness coach, qualified personal trainer with pre and postnatal training, a certified nutrition coach and qualified yoga instructor

With this program I'm hoping to inspire Prenatal Women to feel confident and energised throughout their training. It's a special time in your life and I'm here to be your guide and support you!
