Firstly congratulations on your little darling! Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. I know how those first few months can be postpartum and there is so much pressure these days to ‘bounce back’ and if that’s the type of program you’re after you may find this is not the right program for you. I’m a fully qualified personal trainer who has extended further on to study pre and postnatal training. Something I also like my pre and postnatal clients to know is that when you sign up the Pre - exercise screening is a little more in depth because to me it matters how you how delivery went, where you're feeling physically and mentally and the contraindications can be a little higher too. Don't let this scare you! It just means the program I create will be just right for you!

Time efficient

As a Mum of two I know how hard it can be to find time for yourself. Your program will be designed to fit into your lifestyle. Whether you train at home or at the gym I’ve got you covered. And there will be no slogging it out 7 days a week!

You have the choice! I can come to you in the comfort of your own home or I can create a program for you wherever you are and you’ll still have weekly check ins with me for accountability and support.

How is this different from a ‘regular’ program?

I offer a postnatal program because now is the time to start to reconnect with how your body is moving postnatally. A lot has happened over the last 12 months and there have been a lot changes to your body. Unlike a regular training program there will be more in depth questions such as how was your delivery? Did you know it’s 6 weeks clearance for exercise after a vaginal birth and minimum 12 weeks clearance after a c-section? Remember a c-section is deep abdominal surgery! We absolutely do not want to be putting extra unwanted pressure on your abdominals. And this is just one question. Now’s the time to understand more about these changes and still have a program that challenges, strengthens and makes you feel good!

A personalised 12 week postnatal training program. As well as a training program you will also be provided with advice on all those questions that might be popping up for you. If we’re working together online there will be weekly check ins for accountability and support. There’s minimal equipment needed and I’ve got some great tips for using different props around the house!
